If you have forgotten your password and APIC has your current email address on file, you can enter your email address. An email with your username and password will be sent to the email address we have on file.

If the above does not apply, then click here and someone will look up your User ID and password and email it to you, or you can call Sandra Sabanske at (913) 381-4458.
